Article Marketing – Four Keys to Massive Results
Welcome back!
More and more marketers are now searching for a marketing tool that can effectively help them improve the popularity of their website without necessarily breaking their pockets. If you are one of them, I highly recommend that you use article marketing. Through this tool, you can generate more traffic to your website while positioning yourself as an expert on your chosen niche without shelling out a single dime for your advertising cost.
All you need to do is distribute well-written articles that can offer online users with valuable content. Ok, I can’t promise that writing is easy if you have never done it up to now. However, once started your efforts will improve and you will write faster.
Here’s how you can multiply your article marketing:
1. Do a keyword research. If you are having a hard time trying to figure out the best topics to write about, you may seek the help of a keyword suggestion tool. This can generate all the popular keywords within your chosen niche that are constantly being used by your potential clients when they do relevant search online. These keywords or search terms will easily guide you in identifying the particular information that your readers are looking for.
2. Volume is the key. If you have the time to spare and if you want to easily make some serious noise online, I suggest that you strive to multiply the number of your articles as 1-2 copies per day will not help increase your traffic by up to a hundredfold. It would help if you remain focused, if you eliminate unproductive time from your approach, and if you can spend more hours in front of your computer. I know I struggle on this myself.
3. Drive your traffic to your squeeze page. One of your main goals in using article marketing is to improve your sales leads from driving traffic to your site. This is possible if you can obtain the email addresses of those people who are most likely to buy from you so you can easily send them with follow-up emails in the future. So, instead of driving them directly to your website, bring them to your squeeze page first where they have to leave their contact information before you give them access to the information that they need.
4. Use a killer resource box. You can improve your conversion rate if you can make your resource box compelling, interesting, and downright enticing. Aside from telling your potential visitors about the information that they can get from your website, you can also reward them with freebies (ebooks, ecourses, reports, newsletters, etc.) so you can entice them to act in your favor. Just practise writing a resource box and you can re-write it over time.
This is a very interesting post. I am very interested in looking at my blog stats and what is driving the most traffic through. I have recently looked at what’s working, what pages/posts are popular and the peak days for traffic coming to my site. I have summarised my learnings and they are available here: http://dominiquehind.wordpress.com/

Clearly article marketing is the best way to gain relevant back links. Additionally these back links are gained slowly, not explosively; a characteristic search engines look for. In a very short period of time, your site becomes an authority site, and organic listings develop. It is vital to include appropriate anchor text, and links in the author resource box.
